Thanks for your interest in becoming a Group Leader! Community Groups are where people grow in their faith while connecting to others. They are a key part of our church’s mission to navigate people to God. Group Leaders help facilitate that happening through the regular group meeting and intentional conversations with Group Members. Group Leaders set the stage for our groups to live out Matthew 28:18-20. That’s why our goal is to encourage every Group Member to take enough steps forward that they feel equipped to help others do the same. Additionally, we want Group Leaders to develop their group to the point where someone in their group can initiate a new one, thus becoming a multiplier.
